Sunshine of my life

This portrays Voitto, my Finnish Lapphund. He's nine years now but still so full of joy, playfull and his little world is perfect as long as everyone is happy. He's extremely smart but wants to see the good in everything and everyone. He inspires me since he has the key to happiness in his loyal heart. I love him and he literally is my sunshine who makes me smile even when it's dark around me.

I wanted to finish and post this on his ninth birthday (March 3rd 2016) but I couldn't since I have only so little time for drawing and this took forever. Okay, that I started the picture after his birthday didn't help either ^^' 

I drew Voitto (outlines and coloring), the butterfly and dandelions in Sai and everything else was drawn completely in GIMP (still love it, it was the program that brought me into digital art). I'm happy how it turned out. As some of you know: I'm usually very critical with myself and rarely stisfied but I like this one actually. Probably because it's 100% my Voitto: so happy and bright and nothing bad :')    (fav.me/d8kax77 that's him if you don't know him already)
